Location: Gallant Sports Arena, Juhu. Opposite PVR Juhu.

Timing:

05:00 pm to 06:00 pm (kids - 9 to 14 years of age)

06:00 pm to 07:00 pm (adults)

Terms & Conditions:

Kids below the age of 9 years are not allowed to attend this fitness class, due to the sheer rigour taught in the class.
