Products purchased through Sportobuddy.com can only be replaced/returned if they are received in a damaged condition and not otherwise. Sportobuddy at this time does not have a 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' returns policy. In case any customer refuses to accept delivery of his/her order placed on Sportobuddy.com, the refund will not be processed for that order.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, inform us within 2 days of delivery and get a replacement or refund at no extra cost. The 2 Days Replacement Guarantee under damaged & defective condition is applicable to all physical products sold on Sportobuddy.com.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging as delivered to you.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Sportobuddy shall not accept returns /replacement/refunds in certain instances:
- Damages due to misuse of the product by Consumer.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Cancellation Due to Delivery Issue
If the customer does not receive the ordered item(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of placing the order, a refund can be claimed by writing to our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. Post receiving the customer's email, we shall call the customer for confirmation, subsequent to which we shall refund through NEFT the amount paid by the customer within 10 (ten) working days. No other form of refund can be entertained. The customer can also opt for a gift coupon of equivalent amount in lieu of the refund. The coupon can be used on our site by the customer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of the coupon.
Cancellation by Sportobuddy.com
Sportobuddy.com may, at times, be required to cancel an order or a part of an order, due to, though not limited to, reasons like force majeure conditions, unavailability of the ordered product, change in price, change or inaccuracy in product information, etc. We shall call the customer and/or write to him/her to inform about the cancellation, subsequent to which we shall refund through NEFT the amount paid by the customer within 10 (ten) working days. No other form of refund can be entertained.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any, the amount will be refunded.) In case your product has been shipped cancellation is not possible. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, Sportobuddy team will process the refund within 72 working hours, though it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund back to your account. How can I change the delivery address?
Once the order has been placed, change of delivery address cannot be made. The order will be shipped to the address mentioned at the time of order placement.
Exercise bikes, home gyms/multi gyms, massage machines, all inner apparel, socks, gym supporters and guards, racquet strings, table tennis tables, billiards/ pool/snooker/ other large game tables, all bicycles, punching/boxing bags and items marked as "non-returnable". Women's Intimate Apparel and Men's Innerwear labelled as non-returnable on their product detail pages can't be returned.

- A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (hand over to the courier representative).
- A return label with www.sportobuddy.com tracking barcode (pasted on the package).
What if there is a dispute regarding returns?
In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only. Sportobuddy's liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
