Format & Rules
Championship Points (CP) Table
Other Rules
Teams to appoint a captain in case the captain is not available, before the start of the every game
Teams to report to the ground 30 mins before match start time
Teams to fill in the team sheet at least 15 mins before match start time
All the Captains are responsible for ensuring FAIR PLAY on behalf of their team
All players to strictly adhere to the dress code (team jersey, shorts, shin guards, stockings and turf shoes only; (NO STUDS ALLOWED)
The league games will include 3 matches to be played against their respective group teams. Once the League stage concludes, Challenger round commences wherein the teams will play 2 matches against the teams from the other group. The first match will be against a similar position team from the other group and the second match will be against the team below them from the other group.
Example: 1st in Group A plays 1st in Group B & 3rd in Group B.
Every player in the squad needs to start minimum 2 games in each format
(If any team is unable to comply with above rule, then they need to show the reason for the same); MP -1, CP -100 points for non-compliance of above
In 5v5, outsides to be taken by kick in
In 7v7, outsides to be taken by throw in
NO Offsides in both formats
Referee's decision is final and binding; no decisions can be appealed post match
Any team not present on the ground for their match with the required squad will lose 300/500 points (as per format) from its CP points and the opposition will be given the max MP & CP points (Win & Clean Sheet points)
Discipline/Conduct/Suspensions:
3 yellow cards will result in suspension for the next match.
2 yellow cards- Red card
A straight Red card will result in a suspension for the next match
Use of Abusive Language, Violent behaviour, Misconduct will strictly not be tolerated. Strict Action will be taken against any player found guilty.
Calculation of Championship Points: The league table will be decided as per the Championship points as mentioned in the table. If the team is level on Championship Points, Head to Head (Aggregate score, if applicable) will be taken into consideration. If Head to Head is equal, Goal difference, Goals scored, Goals conceded (in order) will be taken into consideration
Finals (in 7v7 format)
If the scores are level after the final whistle in the Finals, then the winner will be decided by a penalty shoot out (5 penalties and thereafter sudden death)
The player/captain must inform the referee before substituting a player
The players must oblige with the rules/requests of the organising committee for any media related activity as and when deemed fit
The player after being added to a particular team can not switch teams
The organising committee reserves the right to formulate/change the fixtures
If any doubts, queries or clarifications not covered by the tournament rules, the decision of the organising committee will be final and binding upon all concerned as per standard rules
The Organising Committee reserves the rights to all decisions pertaining to any issues/concerns raised before, during and after the tournament
