All players should be the members of NSCI Club, Mumbai to play this tournament.

• Format – T20, Leather ball
• All the matches would be played as per ICC T20 rules only
• A team to have a roster of 15 players
• Minimum 2 matches to be played by 13th player and minimum 1 match by the 14th & 15th players (if 15th player does not play then 14th player has to play minimum 2 matches)
• No Super Over during the league round
• If there is no time to conduct the Super Over during the Semifinal or Final, then the team which has hit the maximum Sixes will be declared as the winner   
• In case of tied match, equal points would be given to both the teams
• 2 Points for winning the match, 1 Point in case of a tie (Team Standing Table)
• Vice-Captain to be nominated by each team, if captain is late for the match then vice-captain to conclude the toss
• If Captain and Vice-Captain both not available, then team owner to conclude the toss
• Players are requested to report to the ground, 30 minutes prior to the start of the game
• Minimum 9 players from each team are needed to start a match
• If the team cannot manage 9 players within 20 minutes from the start time, then opposite team would be given walkover
• If the match is delayed by both teams then the equal number of overs would be reduced from both teams
• All the on-ground decisions regarding the games would be taken by Umpires, teams requested to respect umpires call
• Organizer in accordance with umpires would be the key decision makers for any issues regarding the game on the ground
• Team owner and captains would be responsible for the discipline of the players
• Team owners would be responsible for any physical damage caused at the venue by any player
