Summary:
My Mother My Anchor: a one-of-a-kind tournament designed especially for women. It aims to encourage sports, fitness and overall wellness among active moms across the city. As part of the endeavor, there are even exhaustive training sessions, in order to help develop key competitive skill-sets and teamwork that translates into a life-long commitment to playing sports and staying fit. 

The initiative kicks off with a unique Throwball tournament that is now open to registration. It is perhaps the perfect way to rekindle your passion for sports, and have the family cheer you on as you move from being a leader at home to one on the field.

Are you ready to step on the field? 

Throwball format:
  1. Total number of teams - 16
  2. 4 groups (4 teams in each group).
  3. Each team will compete for the Challenger and the Championship trophy.
  4. Each team will play 4 league matches followed by Semifinals and Finals.
  5. Minimum 7 players and maximum 10 players per team.
  6. There should be no more than 7 players at any point in time on the court.
Key features.

  1. Every team will have a Captain, Vice-captain, and a Manager.
  2. Team registration fee will be waived off on getting team sponsorship.
  3. Each tournament will be played on a turf setup.
  4. A pre-event bash will be held for all the participants, where the draws will be announced.
  5. The tournament stretches over one weekend (Feb 2018).
  6. An exciting carnival-like set up awaits all the mothers and their families.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration Fees is Non-Refundable but is transferable. Individual captains will have to arrange the alternate team & the organizers should be informed before the event.
2. Team Captain can Register only one team.
3. Tournament Rules & Regulations will be conveyed to the participating teams before the KICK-OFF
4. The teams will be informed about their fixtures a week before the event.
5. Teams will have to reach the tournament 30 minutes prior to their game.
6. If the team is unable to reach the venue on time, they will be disqualified & the opponent team will directly enter the next round of the tournament.

The Campion School Platinum Jubilee Football Championship, an initiative by Campion School, is open to Schools (by invitation only). The Championship shall be played in accordance with the FIFA Laws of the game except where amended:

a)There shall be no offside.
b)There will be “kick-in” instead of a “throw-in” from the sidelines of the pitch.
c)Except for penalty kicks, all goals will be indirect.

The tournament will be managed by the Campion School Sports Committee whose decision relating to any aspect of the championship shall be final and binding on all the teams. Interpretation of these rules and regulations, their construction and effect rest entirely with the Campion School Sports Committee.

Each team may bring a maximum of twelve players (12) including substitutes. A team will consist of 7 players only. All teams will have to strictly adhere to the following rules:

a)Proof of Age (School Id or MSSA Identity card) will have to be produced by all the participants.
b)PARENTAL CONSENT FORM MUST BE DULY FILLED BY EACH TEAM.'

Players Eligibility: Boys

a) Boys under 8 yrs - Born on or after 1st Jan 2010
b) Boys under 10 yrs - Born on or after 1st Jan 2008
c) Boys under 12 yrs - Born on or after 1st Jan 2006
d) Boys under 14 yrs - Born on or after 1st Jan 2004

Players Eligibility: Girls

a)Girls Under 12 yrs - Born on or after 1st Jan 2006
b)Girls Under 14 yrs - Born on or after 1st Jan 2004

Substitution: Rolling substitution will be permitted and during the course of the match any substitute is free to replace any player at any point in time. The substituted player will have to first leave the field, only after which will the substitute be permitted to enter the field.

Timekeeping for each game will be the sole discretion of the referee in charge of the match. Each game will last 15 minutes with a 5-minute break in between.

The championship will be played on a knock-out basis.

Although adequate safety precautions have been taken and medical facilities will be available to treat any injuries sustained while playing, the Champion Sports Committee or Campion School will not be held responsible and/or liable for the same and the players will be playing at their own risk.
