All fees will be received strictly advance at the time of admission.

Members will use equipment's very carefully & keep the same in its proper place after use. 

Any loss or damage to the apparatus will have to be made good by the members concerned.

Any member desiring to discontinue his membership will properly inform the manager one month in advance. 
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Valuable articles to be kept in the office for safe custody will be accepted strictly at the members risk.
